Scott Dosick - President

Scott founded Capital Pathways LLC in 2004 after a successful career with both the United States and California state government.

While working for the US Environmental Protection Agency (1994-1999), Scott developed and coordinated a national voluntary program designed to garner "cleaner, cheaper, and smarter" environmental performance from the metal finsihing industry.  This mulit-stakeholder effort was considered the crown jewel of the Clinton administration's Common Sense Initiative.

In 2000, he was appointed Deputy Chief of Recycling by California Governor Gray Davis.  As a senior executive within the CA Department of Conservation, Scott led the effort to increase recycling in California through media interviews, PR campaigns, advertising, and industry/government parternships.  He also oversaw efforts to increase regulatory compliance with increased technical assistance combined with aggressive yet fair enforcement.

In 2005, he left state service to focus full time on Capital Pathways where he has secured millions of dollars in grants for clients while helping to grow the Local Conservation Corps movement in California.
